Top 10 Campouts

I have been to many campouts. We always hear the veterans said that this campout was tough because the breakout of stomach flu. That campout was memorable because of the hail storm and downpour. Let us take a moment to find out and decide once for all the ten most fun and memorable campouts. All scouts and adults are eligible to vote for their top ten. Here is the procedure to vote:

Go to our blog site http://troop103fremont.wordpress.com
Click the “category” drop down menu on the right pane. Find the month where the memorable campout occurred. You need to remember at least the year and month of the outing. If not, ask your friend or other parent who can remember. Click on the month.
The post of the month will appear on the browser. Add a comment to the post. Enter the name of the campout, add the words “Top Ten Campouts”, and give a brief reason on why you think so. Then submit the comment
You could/should still add your comment even if the campout had already been chosen for the top ten. We want to hear from every one with different perspectives on why they like the campout. So your comment is important to us.
In the case when you found the post of the month did not fully mention the fun part of the campout, we would welcome and encourage you to write your own story. You can send your story to us and we shall add it to the post.
You can repeat the procedure and select as many fun and memorable campouts as you can recall

Our moderator will receive your request and mark the month with “Top Ten Campouts” tag. This tag will attach to the post and your comments will show up below the post. Other audience can search and read the top ten using the same tag. Once we have received enough votes, we will announce the result. If it has more than ten campouts, a runoff election will be held on later date.

The determination of this title is a serious business. We will conduct re-election every year to weed out the weaker contender.
The one that is dropped from the top ten will be automatically added to the list of “memorable events”. You can search and find those events with the tag of the same name. Remember the honor of upholding the top ten title is weighed down on your shoulder. Go now to the blog site and enter your choices :-) :-) .
